Hello, I’m Andrea! I grew up all over the Bay Area and live in Oakland. I’ve been handling rentals for busy owners and happy tenants since 2007 when I finished my MFA, moved to Brooklyn, and started AndreaApartments, an indie real estate rental start-up. New York City was a wild ride and great experience, but the California lifestyle is hard to beat, as I’m sure you’ll agree. In 2012, I moved back to the Bay Area and started the West Coast branch of the business, AndreaRentals. I’m a licensed California real estate agent and landlord, myself. I’m not a licensed contractor, but I did gut my Oakland Victorian duplex and put it back together. I’m well-versed in all the ins and outs of the Bay Area rental market, and look forward to helping you in whatever way I can.

I am an Oakland native and Cal graduate, and absolutely love living here. I have worn many hats in my work life but gravitate towards organizational roles in service-oriented businesses. I am grateful to be a part of the AndreaRentals team.

I’m a Bay Area native and come from a long line of real estate professionals – I’m fourth generation! I currently live in Albany with my husband and two young boys. We own a rental property and after leasing our own and helping a few friends with theirs, I realized how much I enjoy it – which led me to AndreaRentals! I also have personal experience with relocation, after moving abroad to Switzerland for 6 years for my husband’s job. In my spare time I love to cook, practice yoga, eat dark chocolate, and go to the beach with my boys. I’m also a health coach, helping women feel confident in their bodies. I can’t wait to help you find or rent your home!

Hi, I’m Cat! I grew up in the great Southwest (that’s Arizona) went to college in the great northwest (hey, Portland!) and lived in SF for 16 years.  Now I’m a happy Oakland resident.  I worked in retail buying for Therapy stores and briefly had a floral design business.  After renovating and selling my SF home in 2020, I caught the real estate bug.  I love animals and plants of all sorts, I am a sea glass hunter – but can’t give up my secret beaches (sorry!) and am a sucker for vintage home design. 

I was raised on both coasts, originally a child in LA, and relocated by my family to Brooklyn as a teenager. By the time I was twenty three, I’d moved almost that many times!  This somewhat nomadic upbringing makes me keenly aware of the plight of relocation, and how important it is to find caring and engaged owners to rent from. I moved to Oakland in 2013 and have worked all over The East Bay, so I’m always happy to share any local knowledge that I can. I take great joy in envisioning spaces as I would arrange them, and I’m always happy to relay my thoughts! In my spare time you’ll find me making jewelry, building or refinishing furniture, cooking elaborate meals, and hunting for vintage goods.

Rebecca has been in the real estate industry since 1979, first selling real estate, then working in Corporate Relocation. A licensed Broker since 1995, Rebecca has been a resident of the Bay Area since 1973.
