SENIOR RENTAL CONCIERGE

WHAT IS THE JOB?

AndreaRentals is seeking a self-motivated, hard-working Senior Rental Concierge to join our team. If you’re looking for a full time yet flexible job with a close-knit team of people – and you’re a bit of a real estate nerd – this just might be the job you’ve been waiting for.

WHO IS ANDREA RENTALS?

AndreaRentals is a concierge service that works on both sides of the rental market: finding tenants for owners, and finding homes for tenants. We are a small (but growing) team of badass folks providing a unique and premium service for local property owners (our Lease Listing service) and prospective Bay Area renters (our Tenant Concierge service.)  We are women-owned, independent, and based in Oakland – but work all over the East Bay.  ​We’re poised to expand into Lamorinda and San Francisco in the upcoming years. ​We’re almost 12 years old and going strong!  You can learn more about AndreaRentals here.

WHAT WILL I DO?

• Maintain relationships with existing AndreaRentals clients 
• Begin and nurture relationships with new clients provided by AndreaRentals
• Be (or become!) an expert in the Bay Area leasing market, from the perspective of both the landlord and the tenant
• Keep current and savvy about neighborhoods, leasing availability, market conditions, and comparable properties.
• Balance multiple client needs at once, with charm and a level head.  Lead and manage negotiations with smarts and savvy. 
• Provide excellent concierge-level service, and be able to respond intelligently and efficiently to client demands.

WHAT IS ESSENTIAL?

• You are honest, smart, genuine, and fun.
• You have a flexible schedule and will be available as business dictates.
• You are easy going – and then know how and when to hustle.
• You are an excellent communicator and intuitive people-reader.
• You think creatively. You solve problems and are loath to create them.
• You have your real estate license, or would be willing to get it.
• You have a car.

You have the interest, personality, and aptitude to grow with the business.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION?

This position is flex-time Monday through Saturday, as the work dictates. Our business is seasonal, so you will enjoy a flexible schedule but must also be available as business demands.
The Senior Concierge receives monthly base pay plus a generous year-end profit share.  (​First year​ salary estimate $6​5​K-$70K.)  This is a 1099 position.
