The primary bedroom has a walk in closet immediately upon entering. There is an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a separate soaking tub. There is a second walk in closet which could also be used as an office. There is a balcony off the bedroom, with views of the hills in the distance and overlooks the backyard.
The house is located in Caballo Hills, with easy access to the Leona Canyon trails.
Additional amenities include 3 Nest zones, air conditioning, and solar panels.
