Entrance to the in-law unit is through the side gate to the backyard, along the pathway lit by sensor lighting, and through your private door, with optional keypad or key lock access.
Convenient location – 10 minute drive to El Cerrito del Norte BART even in traffic. Plenty of street parking available. Washer and dryer in the unit.
Owner covers the gardener. Tenant responsible for their portion of all other utilities (split proportionally with the upstairs occupant). Tenant covers their own internet.
This is a in-law unit in a single family home. Tenant shares 1/3 of total utilities with Owner.
Owner has severe allergies, so absolutely no pets or smoking of any kind.
