There is plenty of cabinet and counter space for whipping up delicious meals, a deep sink with disposal, and updated gas stove, fridge, and dishwasher. A pantry and a half bath with charming blue tile is just off the kitchen, and a staircase leads down to a spacious laundry room with a washer/dryer, utility sink, more shelving, and a large area for storage or crafting.
The wide center staircase leads you up to a wide 2nd level landing the 2nd level, with entrances to all 4 bedrooms and both bathrooms. The two larger bedrooms look out over the Bay, with unbelievable views, plus large closets with built-in storage. On the opposite side are two smaller bedrooms with large windows overlooking the front patio. One has a lovely bay window with cozy window seating. Both upstairs bathrooms are newly updated, one with a standing shower and the other with a shower over tub and toilet. A deep linen closet and original wood built-in armoire add additional storage to the upstairs landing.
Fantastic location, Berkeley Hills but still close enough to walk to cafes and North Berkeley hot spots – the best of both worlds!
