From the sunny front stoop, you ascend a set of stairs and enter a large open floor plan kitchen/living area with tons of sunlight. Located on a quiet street, just a short hop to Children’s Hospital, Temescal, and Rockridge. districts. The Claremont Sunday’s farmers market is a stone’s throw away, while the South Berkeley Tuesday farmers market is a mere 6 blocks away too. Halfway between Ashby, Rockridge and Macarthur BART stations. Easy bike ride to anywhere in Temescal, Rockridge, or Berkeley.
