Turnover Concierge
AndreaRentals will identify upkeep that needs to be done between tenants, create a punch list, coordinate with our trusted handy-vendors to get you a quote, and project manage the work.
Fee: $400 for up to 5 hours of work, $150/hr for each hour thereafter.
A 5% coordination fee will apply to all turnover work coordinated by AndreaRentals in which total vendor invoices equal or exceed $4,000.
