My tenants are lovely, but I don’t want them contacting me with maintenance issues.

We are busy and need someone to be on the ball for that kind of stuff.

Sounds like you need the new AndreaRentals Maintenance Concierge Service!

The AR Maintenance Concierge Service is an add-on for current AR Rental Concierge clients. AR will field all maintenance requests from your tenants and provide resources, advice, and assistance in getting requests taken care of efficiently.

AndreaRentals will:

• Be the point of contact for all Tenant maintenance concerns and requests.
• Oversee and schedule service providers for reported maintenance concerns.
• Spearhead necessary repairs and services.
• Spearhead purchasing of any services or supplies needed.
• Schedule and oversee Owner-requested improvements.
• Provide Owners with documentation of all work performed at the property.
• Provide Owners with receipt for all Maintenance Concierge charges.

Fee

Monthly fee of 4% of one month’s rent ($160/mo minimum)
